Following the achievement of Bronze Medal in the Maldives International Challenge 2019, our alumni, Thet Htar Thuzar has clinched Gold Medal in the recent Egypt International Series 2019 after beating Welsh shuttler, Jordan Hart by impressive 21-6, 12-1 score.

The victory has moved Thet Htar Thuzar’s Badminton World Federation Ranking to 62nd. Presently, she had won a total of 7 Gold Medal in international tournaments so far including Cote d’Ivoire International Series 2019, Benin International Series 2019, Mauritius International Series 2019, Kenya International Series 2019, Uganda International Series 2019 and Egypt International Series 2019 so far and is now currently striving her best for the upcoming Summer Olympics 2020.

We are immensely proud and would like to heartily congratulate her for continually attaining inspirational achievements and hope that her wonderful accomplishments continue to serve as an exceptional landmark and pride for our Country, University and Society.
